Established in 2002, we're one of the few truly independent bars still going strong. Why? Because we welcome all good folk and we show them a damned good time.

As the best late-night bar around, you're just as likely to find Soho's hospitality crowd blowing off steam after hours as you are famous faces, first dates, old friends, and people who just wandered in and decided to stay.
And that's exactly why we started Thirst.
We're all about originality, exceptional cocktails (for everyone), and creating nights to remember. We love Soho and everything it stands for — the cool vibes, the be yourself and let loose mantra, the creativity, and a healthy dose of rebellion.
Oh, and we keep going until 3am with live DJs and the friendliest team in the business.
